What is a steward?

A person trusted with responsibility.

At ABAS, a steward is not simply a participant. A steward learns, practices, protects the learning environment, honors commitments, and cares for the people and responsibilities placed within their role.

Steward responsibilities

  • Act with sincerity, integrity, and respect.
  • Follow safety, anti-bullying, confidentiality, and conduct policies.
  • Use knowledge responsibly and avoid misrepresentation.
  • Complete assigned duties consistently and communicate concerns promptly.
  • Support a learning environment grounded in Qur’an and authentic Sunnah.
